经皮肾镜下气压弹道碎石联合超声碎石术处理复杂性肾结石的疗效观察
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods:randomly from the patients with complex renal calculi in our hospital department of Urology in April 2015 ~2016 year in April were selected from 92 cases as the object of observation,all patients were treated by spleen and kidney by pneumatic lithotripsy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy treatment,clinical observation.Results:the success rate of one-time success rate of operation was 93.48%,two times of surgery was 100%;the average operation time (66.5 + 3.4) min;intraoperative and postoperative complications;3 months of follow-up,no recurrence and secondary bleeding.Conclusion:the clinical of complicated renal calculi by percutaneous nephrolithotomy pneumatic lithotripsy and ultrasonic lithotripsy combined treatment,has the advantages of high safety,curative effect,small damage and gravel rate is high,and can be popularized in clinical.关键词
