摘要
Abstract
objective:To study the clinical association between blood lactic acid level and APACHE II score in critically ill patients.Method:Randomly selected 56 cases of critically ill patients as the observation object,the implementation of APACHE II score within 24h after admission,arterial blood pumping measuring blood lactate levels,based on the prognosis of patients were divided into death group and survival group,another 20 healthy subjects served as control group.Result:Compared with the control group,the level of blood lactic acid in critically ill patients is higher (P < 0.05);patients in the survival group blood lactate level and APACHE score than the death group (P < 0.05);the assessment of critically ill patients with segmental blood lactic acid level,the mortality rate increased with increasing APACHE score,the analysis between the blood lactate level and APACHE score were positively correlated.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the study,there was a positive correlation between the level of blood lactic acid and APACHE II score in critically ill patients.关键词
