Abstract
objective:to discuss the clinical effect of Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with nimodipine in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods 60 patients with senile hypertension treated in our hospital were admitted in time for the December 2015 to October 2016,according to the different treatment methods were randomly divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group 30 cases,observation group was treated with Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with nimodipine,3 times a day,the control group only treated with nimodipine,3 times a day.After 4 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared with the clinical symptoms.Results the observation group after treatment of blood pressure was significantly decreased,the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group,obvious differences between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the observation group clinical symptoms than the control group has greatly improved.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dropping pills and nimodipine can effectively decrease blood pressure in clinical treatment of patients with senile hypertension,for the improvement of clinical symptoms also have very good effect,should be vigorously promoted in clinical treatment.关键词
