糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的临床分析
摘要
Abstract
objective:To investigate the clinical effect and value of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:56 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with terbutaline,and the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid.Results:compared with the control group,92.9% of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group after the treatment of pulmonary ventilation function data in the.Conclusion:using glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline has a very significant effect in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,significant clinical value,and also has important significance for improving the pulmonary function,can be used in clinical practice.关键词
