Clinical analysis of domperidone combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of 40 cases of pediatric esophageal reflux cough
摘要
Abstract
objective:To investigate the clinical effect of domperidone combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of pediatric esophageal reflux cough.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital to take domperidone combined proton pump inhibitor treatment of 40 cases of pediatric esophageal reflux cough in children with clinical data,compared with children before and after treatment of gastroesophageal reflux Symptoms and bronchial cough scores.Results:After treatment,the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux and bronchial cough were significantly better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Proton pump inhibitors combined with domperidone help to improve the clinical symptoms of children with esophageal reflux cough,which is worthy of reference.关键词
