老年抑郁症患者进行心理疏导和精神护理的临床应用效果
摘要
Abstract
objective:Pick to objective to study the senile depression patients accepted the role of psychological counseling and mental nursing.methods By nearly three years in our hospital in patients selected 120 cases of patients with depression,from blind choose 60 cases,as the study of the control group,the traditional method is adopted to improve the nursing,remaining 60 group as observation group,by utilizing the method of psychological counseling to care,compared two groups of patient care.Results of self-evaluation of anxiety,depression,score comparison,observation group were better than control group,P < 0.05 difference is statistically significant.Conclusion effective psychological counseling and mental nursing can have the effect of psychological status in patients with senile depression improvement,to improve the patients quality of life and help patients recover all has important significance,is worth popularizing in clinical.关键词
