围术期应用布地奈德对食管癌患者开胸术后肺功能的保护作用及安全性研究

Abstract
objective:To observe the protective effect and safety of budesonide on lung function in patients with esophageal cancer after thoracotomy.Methods 80 cases of open radical resection of esophageal carcinoma under general anesthesia were selected,the patients were randomized double-blind divided into A,B,C,D four groups of 20 cases.Group A was low dose budesonide group,B group was high dose budesonide group,group C was control group,group D was dexamethasone group.The changes of pulmonary function,VAS score and adverse reactions were observed in four groups.Results A,B,D group of patients with postoperative lung function was better than C group (P all<0.05).A,B,D group of patients with postoperative VAS score was better than C group (P all<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in A group was lower than that in group B and group D (P<0.05).Conclusion low dose budesonide is effective and safe in the perioperative period of esophageal cancer.关键词
