Abstract
objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of bilateral inguinal hernia.Methods:the clinical data of 43 patients with bilateral inguinal hernia treated with laparoscopic total extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair from October 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:43 patients completed laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair,there was no transfer of transabdominal preperitoneal repair treatment,the surgery success rate was 100%;the operation time was 70-160min;hospitalization time 4-10d;the main postoperative complications,scrotal hematoma in 3 cases (6.98%),1 cases of chronic pain patients with bladder injury area (2.33%);and 3 months of follow-up,no death cases after operation,no recurrence after operation.Conclusion:laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of bilateral inguinal hernia clinical efficacy,safety and low recurrence rate,can be used as the best choice for the treatment of bilateral inguinal hernia.关键词
