摘要
Abstract
objective:The clinical significance of blood glucose control on critical care.Method We collected the 100 patients in ICU in this retrospective study.All the patients were divided into 2 groups:the control group(n=40)were received conventional therapy,while the observation group(n=60)were given blood glucose control and conventional therapy.Result The organ dysfunction score of the observation group were significantly superior to the control group(p<0.05).There were lower incidences of infection in observation group than that in control one(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood glucose control on critical care can effectively protect organ function and reduce the incidences of infection,improve of the nursing quality.It is worth clinical promotion.关键词
