Application of evidence-based nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury
摘要
Abstract
objective:To observe the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:From October 2014 to October 2016,80 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group given evidence-based care,compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:The incidence of complication was 7.5% in the observation group and 30% lower than that in the control group.The Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing care in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury,can effectively reduce the complications,improve life and athletic ability,worthy of promotion.关键词
