优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果
摘要
Abstract
objective:To explore the nursing effect of quality nursing intervention in postpartum hemorrhage nursing of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:A total of 116 pregnant women with postpartum pregnancy were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to February 2017.The patients were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods.The hemostasis recovery and nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The total blood loss (265.70 ± 78.53) ml,the postpartum diastolic blood pressure (120.74 ± 10.30) mmHg,the systolic blood pressure (92.65 ± 7.22) mmHg,the complication rate was 5.17%,the indexes were significantly better than the control (P <0.05).The total effective rate was 96.55% in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:In the postpartum hemorrhage maternal care of pregnancy induced hypertension,high-quality care intervention with the effective treatment of patients with blood pressure,reduce blood loss,accelerate the maternal postpartum rehabilitation process.关键词
