Effect of Structure on the Circular Vortex Generators in CaSO4 Fouling Characteristics and Comprehensive Heat Transfer Characteristics

Abstract
In order to study the influence of structure in heat exchange surface fouling and comprehensive heat transfer for circular stare blankly vortex generator,CaSO4 supersaturated solution and deionized water was selected separately as working medium flow,numerical simulation method was used to study the internal wall which was decorated with circular stare blankly vortex generator of rectangular channels in the CaSO4 crystallization fouling of the sedimentary features and the comprehensive heat transfer characteristics.Two different working medium was analyzed,the influence of circular going a while,interval and radius in rectangular channel fouling resistance Rf value and comprehensive properties of the R value for vortex generator.The results showed that,when the flow of working medium is CaSO4 supersaturated solution,the fouling resistance decreased and then increased with the length of the vortex generator increased and appear minimum at 4/8H shocked strengths.When the flow of working medium is deionized water,the comprehensive characteristics increased and then decreased with the length of the vortex generator increased and appear maximum at 4/8H shocked strengths.Whether working medium flow CaSO4 supersaturated solution or deionized water,Fouling resistance Rf value and comprehensive characteristics of R value increases with the increase of distance,and decreases with the increase of the radius.At last,through the comprehensive comparison can be found,when long stare blankly is 4/8H,spacing in 35-50mm and radius in 4-5mm,circular stare blankly vortex generator can keep a good scale inhibition and the comprehensive heat transfer effect.关键词
