摘要

Abstract

In order to correct the effects of temperature,moisture and aging on furfural content in oil and aging assessment of insulation paper for power transformers,accelerated thermal aging,moisture absorption and furfural equilibrium experiments were conducted in this paper.Totally 60 groups of oil-paper samples combining 3 temperatures,4 aging degrees and 5 moisture contents were obtained.Furfurai contents in oil and paper were measured and furfural partitioning ratios in oil-paper system were calculated.The quantitative model of furfural partitioning was constructed.Results show that furfural partitioning will be affected by operation temperature,moisture content,and aging of oil-paper insulation system,leading to the change of furfural content in oil.Mass fraction of furfural in oil has positive correlations with temperature and moisture,and a negative correlation with degree of polymerization (Dp) of paper.The Dp-furfural equation was established and the furfural partitioning model was introduced.Results show that the model can effectively correct the interference of furfural partitioning on aging assessment of insulation paper,and improve the accuracy of aging assessment.
