摘要

Abstract

The flexibility of decision can be increased by aggregating combined heat and power (CHP) units and participating in energy market (EM) and spinning reserve market (SRM),which increased the benefits of virtual power plant (VPP).A day-ahead thermal and electrical scheduling optimization model of VPP consisting micro turbines,fuel cells,wind turbines,photovoltaic units,CHP units,boilers,electrical storage devices,thermal storage devices,electrical loads and thermal loads for participating in EM and SRM was established.In this model,the case of CHP units participated in SRM was considered.Due to the risk caused by the uncertain factors,such as EM price,SRM price,wind power output,photovoltaic power output,electrical load and thermal load,a robust optimization (RO) approach was used to reduce systemic risk.Also,an index quantifying the risk was presented to balance the robustness and economy of RO model and provide a valid reference for decision-maker.The effectiveness of RO model was verified by a testing example.
