Implications of updated points of GOLD 2017 for the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of COPD in China
摘要
Abstract
Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Diseases (GOLD) is a global guiding document on the standardized prevention and control of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).On the basis of the previous versions,there is a major adjustment in definition,diagnosis,illness evaluation and treatment plan for COPD,and a more detailed instructions in follow-up criteria and treatment regimen of patients after discharge in GOLD 2017 report.It provides a good reference for the development of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of COPD,and is contribute to the prevention and control of COPD in primary care.关键词
