摘要
Abstract
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia is a kind of autosomal recessive disease due to the lack of specific enzyme in the synthesis of corticosteroids.Its symptoms result from reduced glucocorticoid and mineralocorticoid and excess androgen.Adolescents with endocrine disturbance,poor treatmentcompliance,and non-standardized treatment,can develop short stature,decreased fertility,cardiovascular disease risk,decreased bone density and other adverse clinical features.Before epiphyseal closure,the therapy goal is focus on ensuring the normal growth by fully inhibiting thesecretion of male hormone and controlling the development of masculine features.When the growth is completed,the goal of treatment is transformed into suppression of androgen production and prevention of long-term adverse outcomes.关键词
