Clinical application of cardiopulmonary exercise test to pulmonary hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) provides a global assessment of the integrative exercise responses involving multiorgan by testing the gas exchange.It has become an important clinical detection tool,widely used in evaluating exercise intolerance,severity of heart failure,treatment efficacy of cardiopulmonary disease and differentiation of dyspnea.Invasive CPET (iCPET) is a sophisticated variant of the test that adds pulmonary and radial artery catheter-derived pressure and blood gas sampling to the CPET.Invasive cardiopulmonary exercise testing (iCPET) is used to diagnosis unexplained dyspnea,including exercise-induced pulmonary hypertension,early heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,preload failure and oxidative mitochondrial myopathy.关键词
