Progress in diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with congenital heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is the most common complication of congenital heart disease (CHD).The diagnosis and therapy of PAH pervades the whole course of treatment,including preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative periods,even for lifetime.This paper demonstrated the recent advances of PAH associated with congenital heart disease based on epidemiology,classification,screening,diagnosis and hemodynamics,as well as the opportunities and better prognosis with targeted therapies.关键词
