Pulmonary hypertension due to haematological disorders
摘要
Abstract
pulmonary hypertension (PH) refers to high blood pressure within the pulmonary circulation,a kind of malignant pulmonary vascular disease with or without small pulmonary lesions,which often causes right heart failure and even death.Haematological disorders such as hemolytic anemia,chronic myeloproliferative disease,plasma cell disease,often combine with pulmonary hypertension.According to the clinical situations,their pathogenic factors and treatment are different.TNs article reviews the basic pathophysiology,clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis ofhaematological disorders combined with pulmonary hypertension.关键词
