Problems and strategies related to weight loss in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Obesity is not only a chronic disease that is harmful to health,but also an important risk factor for type 2 diabetes.For obese patients with type 2 diabetes,obesity can prevent blood sugar control and increase the risk of complications.In recent years,the treatment model with weight management as centre in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has achieved success in many cases.However,the latest research and clinical practice have proved that many problems in the process of weight management prevent obese patients with type 2 diabetes from achieving the desired results.In order to provide reference for clinical treatment of diabetes,this review summarizesd the related issues of weight loss in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.关键词
