基于D-AHP的围填海对海洋资源影响评价
Evaluation Method for Impact of Reclamation Engineering on Marine Resources Based on D-AHP

Abstract
In order to further determine the influence degree of reclamation on marine resources,it is necessary to establish an evaluation indicator system and index weights for the effect by the reclamation on marine resources.Based on the existing evaluation indicator system,a D number matrix can be constructed which is able to express uncertain information by the index comparison information from many experts.Then,an extended D-AHP method is proposed and the weight development is described in detail on the basis of classical AHP method.Lastly,combined on the evaluation indicator system for the effect by the.reclamation on marine resources,we apply the D-AHP method to compute the weight of indicators,and evaluate the influence of Caofeidian reclamation project on marine resources.Therefore,results show that the influence degree of reclamation engineering on fishery resources is biggest,the influence degree of reclamation engineering on harbor resources is smaller,and the influence degree of reclamation engineering on tourism resources and space resources is lesser.关键词
