摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the method ofbibliometric analysis is adopted to make a systematic study on reviewing the research of Skipjack resources fisheries in the world by collecting 168 literatures from Database of Web of Science and ASFA.The results showed that the exploitation of Skipjack resources has divided into three phases:the preliminary stage with small-scale exploitation (1950-1970),the development stage with large-scale exploitation (1970-1990) and the sustainable exploitation stage (1990-2015).Currently,65% of total catch of this species in the world were from the Western Pacific.In addition,it is also found that Skipjack resources fisheries have developed rapidly since 1950,the documents on Skipjack resources fisheries were not only derived from popular journals on oceanography research,but also came from several top academic journals of the world.At the same time,according to the analysis of document content,it is found that skipjack resources basically remain stable in the past 60 years,but the skipjack tuna fisheries has changed greatly because of some marine environmental factors.The current studies of skipjack were more concentrated on its resources assessment as well as the relationship between fisheries resources and the environment factors.Therefore,the research about stock assessment and management of skipjack combined with social and economic factors in the future should be strengthened in order to provide references for sustainable utilization and scientific management of Skipjack resources.
