摘要
Abstract
The temperature of molten steel is one of the key technical parameters in steelmaking and continuous casting procedure,it has important influence to ensure continuous casting production,improve the quality of casting blank,reduce energy and auxiliary material consumption.The ladle as a container for containing,transport and secondary refining of molten steel,its hot state in turnover directly affect the change of steel temperature during tapping and conveying.In order to reduce temperature drop of molten steel in ladle in turnover,the means,such as intensifying the ladle baking before tapping,improving the thermal circulation of ladle,increasing BOF tapping temperature,add thermal retardation agent in molten steel and coveting for heat preservation in continuous casting process,are usually adopted.Ladle covering technology in whole steel changes the original technological process by improving the insulation of ladle,and the technology is an effective means to reduce the cost and save the energy for steel plant.关键词
