摘要

Abstract

The analysis of wind turbine blade stress under the condition of fluid solid coupling is great siguificance to the analysis of the fatigue failure of large wind turbine.In this paper,1.5 MW wind turbine blade as the research object,carry out simulation analysis coupling dynamic performance in wind turbine gas flow based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and Ansys Workbench,and analysis the load data transfer problem between taking aerodynamic load and the rotating inertial load as the main load and the load of fluid solid coupling interface of structural deformation the wind turbine blade.The results show that the stress at the trailing edge of the blade is increasing,from the maximum chord length to near the tip position of 1/3,stress concentration appears at the root of the blade.The maximum stress is 5.6 MPa,and the position is easy to crack damage,which is close to the fracture site in the reality operation of wind turbine.The rationality of the analytical method used in this paper is proved.
