Analysis and research wind turbine gearbox high strength bolt fracture
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis and research of gear box with two fracture high strength bolts,the reasons of the bolt fracture are find out,in addition to the bolt itself material performance is not up to standard,the type of the bolt,screw thread hole machining quality,bolt assembly process are also the important reasons of the bolt fracture.This paper puts forward improvement measures to finally solve the problem of bolt fracture,by taking the place of the high strength double end studs with high strength bolts,meanwhile,optimize the processing technology and assembly process,and that achieved good effect.关键词
