Influence of teeth configuration on torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous electrical spindle
摘要
Abstract
The paper presents a method of reducing torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous electrical spindle (PMSES) based on finite element method (FEM).Simulation models of PMSES are established to complete the calculation of magnetic field distribution and electromagnetic force density of the airgap.During the analysis,the torque ripple of the electrical spindle can be reduced by changing the stator teeth configuration.Then the noise and vibration can be reduced.Considering the factors affecting the torque ripple,under the premise of not affecting running performance of PMSES,the torque ripple can be reduced by setting the stator teeth configuration reasonably.The method provides the references for the optimal design on PMSES.关键词
