定宽压力机曲轴热处理工艺研究
Research on heat treatment technology of crankshaft for slab sizing press
摘要
Abstract
Crankshaft is an important part of slab sizing press,and the heat treatment technology has important influence on the mechanical property and service cycle of crankshaft.This paper takes the crankshaft of slab sizing press as the research object,making the heat treatment technology process for crankshaft.A water-air gap cooling strategy is put forward.The finite element model was established using the numerical simulation software Deform,and the temperature,microstructure and stress filed during the cooling course was analyzed.The heat treatment technology process can avoid the surface crack phenomenon induced by the too fast cooling rate.Finally,a microstructure filed consists of martensite at the surface and bainite in the core can be obtained,which provides a basic condition for tempering and can meet the final requirement of mechanical properties.关键词
