大扩径斜轧穿孔过程的热-力耦合分析
Thermo-mechanical analysis of large diameter expanding skew rolling piercing process
摘要
Abstract
This paper used a self-designed expanding plug which has five stages,the large diameter expanding skew rolling piercing technology could directly pierce the solid round billet into the large diameter hollow tube,increasing the expanding rate to 70%,which broke through the limit of 30% of expanding rate of cone-type piercer.It greatly reduces energy consumption,improving the metal yield,reducing round billet specifications,and significantly reduces the large diameter hot-rolled seamless steel tube production cost.With the aid of the finite element software Simufact,a 3D thermo-mechanical simulation was presented on the large diameter expanding skew rolling piercing process.It was analyzed that stress-strain,temperature field,mechanical parameters,kinematic parameters and dimensional precision of pierced shell on expanding skew rolling piercing process,which provides scientific bases for tools design and parameters adjustment.关键词
