摘要

Abstract

Reheat-treated times more than 2 are not allowed according to many material standards. Four times reheat-treated tests were done at 1080 ℃ and 1120 ℃ on duplex stainless steel CD3MN, the mechanical properties, microstructure and pit resistance of samples were tested. The results show that after 4 times reheat-treated at the same temperature, mechanical properties and pit resistance of CD3MN have no significant difference; when the temperature increased from 1080 ℃ to 1120 ℃, the content of ferrite increased from 30%to 45%, and mechanical properties and pit resistance were slightly improved.
