SCC Analysis of Water Pipe Lead Brass Connector for House
针对家用水管铅黄铜接头开裂问题,运用失效分析方法,分析了宏观痕迹、断口微观形貌和腐蚀产物能谱、化学成分和金相组织分析.根据开裂接头宏观形貌、断口微观形貌及腐蚀产物能谱分析、化学成分及金相组织分析,并结合理论知识,分析确定了开裂的主要原因,即水管接头开裂属于应力腐蚀开裂,化学成分不合格和Pb相数量较多且尺寸较大、组织不均匀是造成接头开裂的主要原因,对预防再度发生同种失效现象具有重要的借鉴意义.
With the failure analysis and theoretical analysis method, the macroscopic mark, microscopic fracture, energy spectrum graph of corrosion products, chemical compositions and the microstructure of the cracked lead brass water pipe connectors for house were analyzed.
