摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to explore a colorimetric method for determination of tylosin oil content.[Method] We determined tylosin fermentation broth oil content by colorimetric method.[Result] The method had a good linear relationship(R2=0.999 8) when the oil content was 0.6-6.6 g/L;the average recovery was 106.7%;and the relative standard deviation was 1.02%.[Conclusion] The improved colorimetric method has good precision and high accuracy, so it can be used for determination of tylosin fermentation broth oil content.关键词
