贵州复烤片烟中水溶性糖和烟碱近红外速测定量模型的建立OA
Establishment of Near-infrared Quantitative Model for Quick Test of Water-soluble Sugar and Nicotine in Flue-cured Tobacco in Guizhou
[目的]建立复烤片烟中水溶性糖和烟碱含量的近红外速测定量模型.[方法]基于近红外光谱法,选取各等级片烟样品共284个,使用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建模,定量分析贵州主要产区的复烤片烟中的水溶性糖(总糖、还原糖)和烟碱含量.人工确定光谱区间为9 002.45~4 069.19 cm-1,采用一阶导数结合Savitzky-Goly(SG)平滑滤波进行光谱预处理.考察了模型精密度,并将标准方法和近红外方法测得的结果进行了对比.[结果]复烤片烟中的总…查看全部>>
