Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to improve the TLC identification methods of Rhizoma anemarrhenae in antibacterial anti-inflammatory capsule.[Method] With Rhizoma anemarrhenae negative and sarsasapogenin as reference substance,TLC was performed on Rhizoma anemarrhenae in different developing solvent.[Result]Improved method of TLC spots were clear,without negative interference,and the method was good reproducibility and good specificity.[Conclusion]The improved method is rapid,simple,accurate,reliable and suitable for the identification of Rhizoma anemarrhenae in antibacterial anti-inflammatory capsule.关键词
