Abstract
Through thinking and exploration on the homestead replacement of Situan Town of Fengxian District, we pointed out some potential problems as followed: single replacement way;the exchange funds of homestead replacement was unbalanced;farmers' rights and interests are inadequate after homestead replacement.Some effective solution methods were put forward as followed: exploring multiple placement methods;building fund platform;improving the follow-up guarantee system.关键词
