活血化瘀方联合氯沙坦钾片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床观察
Clinical Effect of Huoxue Huayu Prescription Combined with Losartan Potassium Tablets in Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu Prescription combined with conventional Western medicine intervention in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, and to provide a basis for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for chronic glomerulonephritis in clinical practice.Methods A total of 187 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and observation group using a random number table.The patients in the control group were given oral losartan potassium tablets, and those in the observation group were given the traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Huayu Prescription in addition to losartan potassium tablets.Interleukin-1(IL-1), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-13(IL-13), serum creatinine(SCr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), 24-hour urinary protein quantitation(24hUPro), and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP) were measured before and after treatment, and the clinical outcome was compared between the two groups.Results Both groups had significant changes in IL-1, TNF-α, IL-13, SCr, BUN, 24hUPro, and hsCRP after treatment (P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups in IL-1, TNF-α, IL-13, SCr, BUN, 24hUPro, and hsCRP before and after treatment (P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the distribution of clinical outcomes between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.关键词
