耳穴埋豆治疗脑卒中后便秘疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Auricular Point Sticking in Treatment of Post-stroke Constipation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of auricular point sticking in the treatment of post-stroke constipation.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given auricular point sticking, and those in the control group were given oral Maren Pill.The clinical outcome was observed after 15 days of treatment;the constipation symptom score was evaluated before treatment, after treatment, and at 2 weeks after the treatment ended, and the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score of gastrointestinal diseases was evaluated before and after treatment.Results Both groups had significant reductions in the constipation symptom score immediately and at 2 weeks after treatment (both P<0.05), and the treatment group had a significantly lower score than the control group (P<0.05).Both groups had significant reductions in the TCM syndrome score after treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group had a significantly greater reduction compared with the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of clinical outcomes between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking can significantly improve the gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with post-stroke constipation and improve their clinical outcome.关键词
