高铝铁矿焙烧球团非等温还原研究
Non-isothermal reduction investigation on roasted pellets of high alumina iron ore

Abstract
Non-isothermal reduction for roasted pellets of high alumina iron ore through a high temperature synchronized thermal analyzer (NETZSCH STA 409C/CD) was conducted with CO and H2.The results showed that when the roasted pellet is reduced by CO, with the temperature increasing from 1 273K to 1 473K, the final reduction degree rises from 32.21% to 46.78%.While it is reduced by hydrogen, with the temperature increasing from 1 273K to 1 573K, the final reduction degree rises from 81.93% to 100%.It suggests that the iron ore can completely be reduced to metallic iron by hydrogen.关键词
