基于电网负荷信息的电动汽车充放电控制装置研制
Researches on the Charging and Discharging Controlling Device of Electric Vehicles Based on the Grid Load Information

Abstract
In allusion to the construction difficulties of the residents' own charging pole and the problem of the power grid peak-valley difference intensified by the disorder charging of the electric vehicles, a kind of home electric vehicle charging and discharging controlling device is developed in the paper.The users' load information acquired by the electricity information collection system, the users' transformer load information, as well as the battery status information of the electric vehicles are analyzed through the control center of the device, and then the logic control of the order electricity using is done.Controlling orders are transmitted by the Internet or Wi-Fi, thus the electric vehicles can be recharged when the electricity using is trough, and try not to charge or output the electricity for when the electricity using peak through inverting.Matlab simulation and practical application demonstrate that this device can adjust the peak-valley load difference of the distribution network effectively.关键词
