摘要

Abstract

The suitable supplemental material were preferred from bran, rice hull powder, corn flour, bean pulp, peanut straw, wheat straw hood, sorghum bran and sweet potato residue during the tea residue fermentation into fodders, with tea residue acted as fermented raw materials and fermentation by Lactobacillus, Bacillus subtilis, Yeast and Aspergillus.The character of fermented fodder was assessed by the concentration of crude protein, crude fiber and polyphenol, and its production costs and its proportion of supplement material cost were also calculated.The results showed the protein content of the compound with bean pull and tea residue through solid fermentation were revealed the optimum, with the content of 29.49%, and its supplemental material proportion cost were also suitable, with the value of 55.81%.In conclusion, bean pull was the optimal supplemental material during the tea residue fermentation fodder production.
