PPH结合外痔切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床效果
Clinical effects of PPH combined with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects between PPH combined with external hemorrhoidectomy and traditional haemorrhoidectomy.Methods 160 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoid in our hospital between December 2012 and December 2015 were recruited and were randomly divided into control group (traditional haemorrhoidectomy treatment,n =80) and the treatment group (PPH combined with external hemorrhoidectomy,n =80).We compared between the two groups regarding operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,pain score,clinical curative effect,and postoperative complications.Results The clinical total effective rate in the treatment group (91.25％) was significantly higher than in the control group (78.75％) (P ＜ 0.05).The operating time in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group (P ＞ 0.05).the length of hospital stay,pain score and postoperative complication in the treatment group were shorter or lower than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional haemorrhoidectomy,PPH combined with external hemorrhoidectomy treatment has good effect for severe mixed hemorrhoids.It has less bleeding,fewer pain,less postoperative complications,and shortened hospitalization.关键词
