摘要
Abstract
Black start is important to the safety of power system.As a hinge part of black start,reasonable network reconfiguration is helpful to establish the main network and restore loads rapidly.Therefore,there is point in deciding a reasonable scheme.Firstly,electrical cohesion rate is proposed in order to represent electrical characteristics.Based on assessment of network reconfiguration and cohesion rate,a skeleton-network reconfiguration method is proposed.The quantitatively that reflecting grid characteristics by node-condensation and line-condensation,evaluating connection degree of topology structure of network itself which is linked by network reconfiguration rate and considering quality of grid safety constraints.Next,skeleton network comprehensive evaluation model will be set up.Furthermore,simulated annealing based particle swarm optimization algorithm with compression factor is employed in forming skeleton network containing most of the important nodes and key lines.At last,the New England 10-unit 39 bus system is employed to confirm reasonability of skeleton-network reconfiguration optimized model and correctness of solving the proposed method.关键词
