大豆种质资源对尖镰孢菌根腐病的抗性鉴定及生理分析
Identification for Resistance to Root Rot Caused by Fusarium Oxysporum in Soybean Germplasm and Physiological Analysis

Abstract
In the present study,a total of 342 soybean germplasm from 19 provinces and foreign countries were evaluated for the resistance to F.Oxysporum with the method of changed bacteria layer inoculation.The 19 provinces mainly contain 95 resources from Heilongjiang,21 resources from Jilin,19 resources from Liaoning,6 resources from Inner Mongolia,23 resources from Beijing,12 resources from Hebei,3 resources from Anhui and 24 resources from American.SOD,soluble sugar,and MDA were studied after seeding root of resistant and susceptible soybean were treated by microbial from F.Oxysporum.In order to lay the foundation for molecular assisted breeding.The appraisal result showed that ten soybean accessions with high resistance to F.Oxysporum were identified and none accession were found to be immune to F.Oxysporum.The result of source showed that resistance resources from the north are richer than the south.The result of biochemical showed that after inoculated by microbial in two varieties.The activity of SOD raised first and downward trend.The content of soluble sugar decreased and they were much higher in resistant variety than in susceptible one,the change of MDA in resistant obviously smaller than the susceptible one.关键词
