Abstract
The influence of three different unsteady wake width on the blade film cooling efficiency is discussed in different time.Standard k-ε turblence model and SIMPLE algorithm are applied and that static blades produce wakes is simulated through altering the cylinder diameter d=2mm、d=4mm and d=6mm respectively.Results show that blade pressure side and suction side vorticity periodic impact under different width of the unsteady wakes.while make the suction surface influence more significant.Pressure side of one cycle cooling efficiency in 3/4 time is minimal.while there is a little influence on the suction surface,with the increase of angle degree,film cooling efficiency of the pressure surface is increase.The suction surface's is declining.Along with the enlargement of the wake width,Wake width have great influence on the pressure surface cooling efficiency,the cooling efficiency of Wake width (4 mm) is higher than that 2 mm and 6 mm,while there is a little influence on the suction surface.关键词
