Regulation of lipid accumulation from N-acetyl-D-glucosamine by Cryptococcus curvatus under nutrition stress conditions
摘要
Abstract
Cryptococcus curvatus ATCC 20509 using N-acetylglucosamine as unique carbon source was used to investigate phosphorus and sulfate limitation impact on lipid accumulation, and fatty acid compositions were also analyzed by GC-MS.The results illustrated that both phosphorus and sulfur limitation could regulate lipid accumulation under nitrogen-rich condition.The lipid content and yield increased with n(C)/n(P) ratio increasing, while, increased initially and then decreased with n (C)/n(S) ratio increasing.The fatty acid analysis showed that the content of saturated fatty acid decreased first and then increased with n(C)/n(P) ratio increasing, while the content of saturated fatty acid increased first and then decreased with n(C)/n(S) ratio increasing.关键词
