摘要
Abstract
The resorcinol method was used to detect D-tagatose content, and the conditions were optimized.The result showed that the content of D-tagatose was in a good linearity in the range of 0 to 60 μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9, the minimum detection limit of 6.66 μg/mL, the average recovery rate of 100.18%, relative standard deviation of 2.20%.关键词
