铝合金表面锆化膜的耐腐蚀性能
Corrosion resistance of zirconium alloy surface of the film
摘要
Abstract
The zirconium film was formed on the surface of aluminum alloy using zirconium technology, and its microstructure and element composition of the aluminum alloy surface were analyzed by SEM and EDS, while the corrosion resistance of the zirconium coating was tested by the polarization curve and AC impedance.The results showed that the surface of the aluminum alloy film was colorless film, composed of F, Al, O, Zr.The AC impedance of the zirconium film was obviously higher than that of the bare metal film, while the corrosion rate was lower and the corrosion resistance of the film was excellent.The spreading line of the coating was less than 1 mm after 600 h acid salt spray test.It indicated that zirconium technology could be used as an environment-friendly coating pre-treatment technology.关键词
