热致相分离法制备聚丙烯膜材料及其形态结构的相关性

Abstract
The polypropylene film material was prepared by the thermal induced phase separation method, using PP as membrane material, solid paraffin wax as diluent, polyethylene wax as compatibilizer, substituted aryl amide compounds as nucleating agent.The effects of the film conditions on the phase diagram and structure of the polypropylene film material were discussed.The results showed the phase separation temperature increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the content of each component in the film.The film structure could be controlled by changing the film forming conditions.The comprehensive properties of the polypropylene film were better when the mass fractions of polyethylene wax, nucleating agent, solid paraffin and polypropylene were 2%, 5%, 33% and 35%, respectively.关键词
