Eu掺杂TiO2染料敏化太阳能电池下转换光阳极的制备及性能

Abstract
Eu 3+ -doped TiO2 (TiO2:Eu3+) nanocrystals were synthesized by sol-gel method and a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) was introduced.Photovoltaic properties were investigated based on 50% commercial TiO2 powders (P25) doped TiO2:Eu3+ prepared by doping different content of Eu.The fluorescence spectroscopy result indicated that the TiO2:Eu3+excited at 463 nm could emit visible light at wavelengths of 587, 612 and 700 nm and had a down-conversion feature.The photovoltaic performances showed that short circuit currents could reach to 12.78 mA/cm2 based on a TiO2:Eu3+photoanode doped with Eu molar content of 1.5%.Compared with the cell without a down-conversion photoanode, the short circuit currents and the efficiency were improved by 12.69% and 11.44%, respectively.关键词
