摘要
Abstract
The thermoelectric material Ca3Co4O9 were calcined at different temperature by sol-gel method, and characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS, IR, and porosity measurement.The results showed that the optimum calcination temperature was 800 ℃.The XRD pattern was consistent with the standard JCPDS pattern calcined at 800 ℃ and sintered at 900 ℃, and no impurities were found.The structure was tight and had smaller pore, less water absorption, lower resistivity and higher Seebeck coefficient.The power factor could reach to 180 μW/mK2 at 1 050 K.关键词
