Bilevel Optimal Dispatch Model for Smart Industry District

Abstract
Based on the intelligent management and advanced communication network of smart industry district, it is used as an important tool for the user side's participating in a bilevel optimal dispatch of which a mathematical model is constructed.Besides, the ability that the internal loads could participate in the interaction between power and loads is estimated.In the model, the minimization of dispatch operation cost is set as the goal where the grid compensates the power shortage of smart industry district or adopts its extra power to ensure real time power balance of the whole system.The smart industry district makes optimal dispatch plan for internal controllable loads to make them participate into the system operation for the purpose of its optimal profits.Finally, the feasibility of the constructed model is proved and the comparison between bilevel optimal dispatch and single optimal dispatch is made to highlight the characteristic of bilevel optimal dispatch.The economic operation of system with smart industry districts is achieved.关键词
